The Gist: You can use Airpoint Free for personal use. Airpoint Pro is for professional use. We offer a 14-day refund policy. Don't do illegal things with our software.

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Airpoint ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.

2. License Grants

2.1 Airpoint Free

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Software strictly for your personal, non-commercial use.

2.2 Airpoint Pro (Paid)

If you purchase an Airpoint Pro license (via subscription or lifetime purchase), we grant you a perpetual (for lifetime) or term-limited (for subscription) license for commercial or personal use on up to 3 devices that you own or control.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

  • License, sell, rent, lease, assignment, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Software (except as permitted by an authorized reseller agreement).
  • Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Software.
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of MedHue Labs LLC.

4. Payments and Refunds

4.1 Pricing

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Pricing changes will not affect active subscriptions during their current term or previously purchased lifetime licenses.

4.2 Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all Airpoint Pro purchases. If you are not satisfied, contact support@airpoint.app within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund.

5. Intellectual Property

The Software, including without limitation all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights are, and shall remain, the sole and exclusive property of MedHue Labs LLC.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall MedHue Labs LLC be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, for loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, for loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Software).

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the Software.

7. Termination

We may terminate your license immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
